As a holistic counsellor, my aim is to support the harmony of mind, body, and spirit — to foster balance, wellbeing, and meaningful transformation. My approach is grounded in person-centred talking therapy, where you are met with presence, compassion, and deep respect for your unique path. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself — where your emotions, experiences, and inner wisdom are welcomed without judgment.

Alongside talking therapy, I integrate body-based practices and archetypal narrative work to support deeper healing and self-awareness. Together, we explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but how your body carries your story — especially those shaped by stress, trauma, and early life experiences.
Drawing from somatic practices, mindfulness, meditation, and Interpersonal Neurobiology, we work gently with your nervous system to restore calm and safety. Guided imagery, archetypal exploration, and narrative reframing allow us to shift limiting beliefs and uncover more empowered, authentic ways of being. When appropriate, we may also draw on hypnosis, or creative processes to access deeper layers of insight and transformation.
This integrative approach supports more than emotional relief — it fosters a renewed relationship with yourself, your past, and your future, so you can move forward with greater clarity, connection, and inner strength.
