As an accredited and registered member of The Australian Traditional Medicine Society, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health and a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling from Torrens University.

Through my professional work as a Naturopath and Holistic Counsellor, I draw upon qualifications in naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine and counselling. I also have a strong background in pharmacy, having previously managed and consulted at Warburton Pharmacy for over a decade.

My clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, stress, burnout, addiction, hormonal health, digestive health and supporting individuals experiencing complex or unresolved health concerns. My goal is to provide safe, effective care, while offering the knowledge, support and practical tools needed to create lasting change.

A lifelong student, I am dedicated to gathering resources that support the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health, fostering self-awareness, self-empowerment and personal growth.

 

Driven by a passion for history, psychology and the healing power of Archetypes, I have pursued numerous practitioner certifications and continue to study traditional and contemporary approaches to self-understanding, personal growth and constitutional assessment. My studies include work with Daniel Siegel in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Peter A. Levine in Healing Trauma, Richard Schwartz in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Tara Brach in Mindfulness Meditation, Jack Kornfield in Buddhist Psychology, Caroline Myss in Sacred Contracts and Archetypes, Steven Forrest and Jeffrey Wolf Green in Evolutionary Astrology, Kira Sutherland in Medical Astrology and, more recently, Level 4 Quantum Human Design with Karen Curry Parker.

​Several of these areas of study now form part of the personal development services I offer.

 

Beyond my professional pursuits, I have raised a loving family and am an accomplished musician and artist. My love of history, symbolism and ancient wisdom traditions continues to inspire my exploration of language, mythology, semiotics, etymology, Western Astrology and Archetypes.

 

These interests continue to inform both my professional work and my broader exploration of what it means to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
