As a holistic counsellor, my aim is to support the harmony of mind, body and spirit, fostering balance, wellbeing and meaningful transformation. My approach is grounded in person-centred talking therapy, where you are met with presence, compassion and deep respect for your unique path. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself, and where your emotions, experiences and inner wisdom are welcomed without judgement.
Alongside talking therapy, I integrate body-based, relational and archetypal approaches that support deeper healing and self-awareness. Together, we explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also the patterns, relationships and life experiences that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you.
Drawing from somatic practices, mindfulness, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches, we work gently to cultivate greater awareness, resilience and connection. Together, we may explore emotional patterns, protective parts of the personality, relationship dynamics, and life experiences that continue to shape how you experience yourself and the world around you.
